H.O.P.E feat. Y-O - Bliss

H.O.P.E's song "Bliss" finally has a video to go along with it. The person who directed this video also did "The Panties" by Casey Veggies. Calmatic is def on his grind! Now as for this video, someone get H.O.P.E his SAG card lol he threw in a lot of his acting skills in this video. It shows what someone does just to support someone he loves. And yes, Y-O does make a cameo. He be lookin' fresh. Great video, take a look!

Casey Veggies - The Panties

Here are the visuals for the track "The Panties" by Casey Veggies. Bravo for this kid comin' from Inglewood, fcuk actual panties... Having a title like that for a song, I was picturing completely different, this video keeps it all on his bars. Rapping each verse in a different setting. My fave spot is where he's standing on a building where you can see the Staples Center in the background along with the rest of DTLA. check it out. Bravo to Calmatic for directing the video.

Throwback Thursday

I don't know if you noticed, but doing Throwback Thursday posts is my favorite lol. Anyway, another one to feel nostalgic is The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. I had a VHS of two episodes and I remember watching it CONSTANTLY when I was a child. This theme song makes me feel like a kid again. haha

Str8 Killa No Filla Mixtape - Freddie Gibbs

Freddie Gibbs' latest mixtape (which I have yet to listen to) features people like Bun B, Planet Asia, Jay Rock, and more. When I first saw him at The Roxy, I was honestly afraid of him because he was so tall and smoing out on stage like no one was watching, but aside from that, I was impressed. Anyway, enough of my personal experience. Go download the mixtape here and pre-order his EP, Str8 Killa here.

J Cole - "Problems"

I'm not too sure where this song is off of, but as of now, it's considered incomplete, but can be found in this mixtape. The beat's a little "fluffy" coming from J. Cole, but it still isn't too bad. I've heard better from him, but I'll still put this on my ipod. lol Take a listen for yourself and be the judge.

Download it here.

Orlando Bloom & Miranda Kerr Married

Source: people.com

Sorry fellas and ladies, both beauties are officially off the market! Pirates Of The Caribbean star Orlando Bloom, 33, & Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr, 27, secretly wed about two weeks ago after just being engaged for about a month. According to people, one of Kerr's sources said "David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together. I’m very much a part of the David Jones Family and I am very committed to my role. I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment in my life." Congrats to the beautiful couple!

Mac Miller - Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza (Video)

Shouts to my homie, Clifford, for sharing this video with me.

I'm not familiar with Mac Miller, but after this he seems like someone I should be listening to. This song's off his upcoming project K.I.D.S dropping August 13 so be on the lookout for that.

Clipse x LA Leakers: Got It For Leaks

The LA Leakers made a project with Clipse under "The Audiobiography" in which they collaborate with artists and give us "a look behind the scenes of what went on making certain records." DJ Sourmilk added on, "With this project, we sat down with the Clipse and they gave the history on some of their biggest records." Download the project here.

YG - "Toot It And Boot It" (Music Video)

Everybody and then some have heard this song at least 100 times already. It's a catchy tune with some of the most douchebag lyrics, but you can't help but sing along and bop your head to it. YG's finally come out with a music video for it. To be honest, I found it funny - which I'm sure it was intended to be - but in a pathetic way. I'd much rather just listen to the song sans music video.

Movie Review: Inception

Plot: "Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a skilled thief, the best in the dangerous art of extraction: stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb's rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible - inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse; their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb could have seen coming. This summer, your mind is the scene of the crime."

I watched the movie when it came out so you can say I'm a little late on this movie review lol. Anywho, I posted the trailer to this two months ago. All I got from the trailer was that Leo DiCaprio and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, my love, were going to be in it. The trailer was entrancing and looked really interesting, but didn't explain the movie at all... or maybe I was just confused like a mother. After watching the movie, I went back to the trailer and it STILL didn't explain the movie to me, but it did make more sense (does anyone understand my logic in that sentence?). Before I went out with my friends - who happen to love JGL just as much as I do, maybe even more - I found out the movie was about 2 1/2 hours long. I thought, "Damn. I can't stay sitting that long. I get too antsy." But once the movie starts those 2 1/2 hours go by so quickly. This movie does NOT lag. Every scene is just as important as the one before. The acting was phenomenal and their outfits were on point. I fell in love with every outfit Ellen Page wore. I can't really explain the movie in my own words in the fact that it made sense, but it still confused me haha. All I know is that the movie's the best movie out this year; however, you might not want to take my word for it since I didn't watch as many movies as I had hoped. But everyone I know who's seen this movie loved it. I REALLY loved the movie so much, I would be willing to pay another $15 just to see it again... GO SEE IT!

Matt Barnes & Theo Ratliff sign with LA Lakers

"Two years ago it was Artest tryin to get under Kobe's skin, last year it was Barnes. Can't beat 'em, join 'em!"

^^Shouts to Christian
for that quote. lol.. So what does that mean for Shannon Brown? Does that mean they might not have enough money for him now that they have these two?

source: latimes.com

"The Lakers were unable to sign Raja Bell, but another antagonist is on the way.

Free-agent forward Matt Barnes decided to sign a two-year deal with the Lakers, choosing the chance at a championship over a more lucrative offer from Cleveland on the same day Theo Ratliff agreed to a one-year, $1.35-million contract with the Lakers, adding a veteran shot-blocking center to the second unit.

As the Lakers found out last season, Barnes, 30, can pester shooting guards and small forwards alike. He and Kobe Bryant engaged in a trash-talking session in Orlando's 96-94 victory last March that included Barnes pretending to throw an inbounds pass directly at Bryant's face. Bryant didn't even flinch.
The most the Lakers could pay Barnes next season is $1.77 million, about half of what Cleveland was offering, and Barnes has a player option in 2011-12 for almost $2 million that would allow him to test the market again in a year if he wished.

Miami was a possibility for Barnes, and Boston made a late run, but the Lakers had the extra allure of being two-time defending champions.

"It's official," Barnes wrote on his Twitter account Thursday night. "I am a Los Angles (sic) Laker. This is a dream come true!!!"

Barnes averaged 8.8 points and 25.9 minutes a game last season for Orlando, his seventh team since leaving UCLA in 2002. Earlier this week, he appeared to be headed to Toronto for two years and $9 million as part of a sign-and-trade transaction, but the deal fell through.

The Lakers now have 11 players under contract next season, not including second-round draft picks Devin Ebanks and Derrick Caracter, who played relatively well this month on the Lakers' summer league team and could round out the roster. NBA teams must carry at least 13 players.

Barnes and Bryant are believed to be on good terms these days, but it wasn't that way when they played each other a few weeks after the All-Star break. Bryant missed a last-second 20-footer that would have sent the game to overtime and then chuckled three times in a 10-second span afterward when asked about Barnes' in-game behavior. "It's entertaining," he said.

As reporters asked Ron Artest what he thought of Barnes, Lamar Odom yelled out from across the locker room that Barnes was "a monkey" who "picked the right game to act tough." Odom then compared Barnes to pro wrestling's Ric Flair, known for whipping up crowds with his antics.

Meanwhile, the Lakers quietly added another defensive presence by picking up the 37-year-old Ratliff.

Next season will be the 16th for Ratliff, who began his career with Detroit in 1995, when Andrew Bynum was 8 years old.

"I've had a long and very rewarding career, and joining a storied and legendary franchise such as the Lakers adds an even more special element," Ratliff said in a statement, adding that he hoped to help his new team "win a third straight championship."

Ratliff didn't do much with San Antonio most of last season, averaging 1.6 points and 1.9 rebounds in 21 games, though he posted better numbers after being traded in February to Charlotte, where he started 26 of 28 games and averaged 5.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots in 22.3 minutes.

Defense has always been Ratliff's specialty: He has averaged 2.4 blocked shots in his career and led the league three times in the category.

"Theo has long been considered to be one of the best defensive big men in the league," Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak said in a statement. "Together with Bynum, [ Pau] Gasol, Odom and Artest, he gives us a formidable and deep front line.""

Throwback Thursday

Remember MTV's Icon: Janet Jackson? This was back in 2001 when I was SUPER DUPER in love with *NSYNC (that still hasn't changed =X haha) and in honor of Janet Jackson's, Ms. Jackson if ya nasty, mark in music history they decided to remake "That's The Way Love Goes". Obviously, this was my favorite segment of that night. I loved their version then, and I love it now. So much so, I have it on my iPod lol. Anyway, don't hate and enjoy their rendition.

From name calling, scratching, hair pulling, and hey, even a black eye lol Regardless of all that bullsh!t, you know I'll ALWAYS have your back. Remember back when we were about 4 and 6 and we went to disneyland and we were in Goofy's jumper house? and that kid got in your way and i pinched and pushed him? Well 17 years later, i will still pinch and push any muthasucka that gets in your way. Just holla at your favorite sister and I'll be there ;)

Concerts, clubs, morning jogs, driving around that one "lake", shows, meeting new people (nice and bad), etc. Thank you for coming through and experiencing those moments with me :)

RS wouldn't be complete without you ;) RS has had sooo many Ws this past year, we deserve some kind of award jk HAHAHA

You've grown to become such a beautiful woman. I still can't believe you're officially 21 now :`( No need to borrow my id anymore! =X haha I know i won't be the only one to say this, you'll hear it over and over and over again this weekend when we're with the family... Even though you're 21 you're still the baby of the family. How does it feel to be the last of ALL the cousins to FINALLY turn 21? we've been waiting! lol

I LOVE YOU sooooo much Collyn! no matter how "old" we get, know that you'll always be my baby sister and that I love you! and always remember, it's US AGAINST THE WORLD! Happy 21st Birthday Collyn! I LOVE YOU! :D

Michael Jordan disses Lebron James

"I never would have called up Larry, called up Magic and say 'Hey. Let's get together and play on one team'... In all honesty, I was trying to beat those guys."

Can't complain with Michael Jordan. The man knows what he's talking about.

Michael Jordan Disses Lebron James
Uploaded by PaperChaserDotCom. - Discover the latest sports and extreme videos.

Larry Bird also thinks Lebron took the p*ssy way out:
“I remember back in my days, I’d rather play against Earvin Johnson than play with him … I know he’s a great player and you always want to play with the best but I just loved to compete against him. He’s a guy I always compared myself to. I’d rather stay in Boston and let him stay in L.A. and just compete every year in the Finals. That’s what made me a better player. It would’ve been too easy if we played together.”

I should feel bad for Lebron for getting all this crap from everyone, but when Michael Jordan himself isn't for your decision either then YOU KNOW you made a stupid choice.

Bruno Mars - Just The Way You Are

Bruno Mars has made a name in the music business by collaborating with B.O.B. and Travie McCoy. Now it's his time to shine with his upcoming debut album called Just The Way You Are and releasing his first single called "Just The Way You Are". It's been a while since a song has given me butterflies in my stomach for the reason of it being so damn cute. And I would like to applaud Bruno Mars for giving me that feeling again. haha. He definitely has a voice that no one can deny and it helps that he's half Filipino so I gotta support my people ;) lol. Listen to the song to understand why this song makes me feel all giggly inside. xD

Adam Brody Interview with Diablo Cody

Adam Brody, best known for his ever loving character Seth Cohen on The O.C., was the first guest on Diablo Cody's (most acclaimed for writing the screenplay to Juno) new online show called Red Band Trailer. To be honest, the only reason why I even posted this - aside from it being Adam Brody and talking about Captain Oats - is because he disses Kristen Stewart. Fast forward to 5:57 to see him speak the truth about that dumb b*tch. If you know me, then you know I'm a huge fan of Twilight, but DAMN IT! that ungrateful tramp ruined Bella for me! And that's why I agree with Adam Brody's comment about her 100%.

Shawn Chrystopher - "Just Me & You" (produced by The Alchemist)

Not much to say about the song. Shawn Chrys usually always delivers and this song is no exception. The Alchemist once again produces another dope track. No complaints coming from me! Download the song here.

But other than that, watch the video and listen to who you can hear in the background... YUP, that's U-N-I. Music by U-N-I used for the promotion. Bravo to the fellas! :)

Monica - Love All Over Me

Lovin' this song by Monica and having Shannon Brown in the music video is a plus. There's a little dilemma for Monica though... I would say go for Shannon, BUT sometimes it's hard to let go of the past. Then again, the past is called the "past" for a reason. Watch the video to see what her situation is, she truly has love all over her...

Fashawn - Santiago's Revenge

Derek Fisher to Stay with Lakers

Earlier today, Derek Fisher announced on his twitter he will continue play with the Lakers. I'll admit it, he gave me a mini anxiety attack when there were talks that he was meeting up with Miami, but thankfully he's staying with Lakers to win that three-peat ;)

Source: ESPN

"Derek Fisher has decided to stay with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Credit Kobe Bryant with the assist.

"I have decided to continue with Kobe, continue with our teammates and the fans of Los Angeles," Fisher said in a statement on his website. "While this may not be the most lucrative contract I've been offered this offseason, it is the most valuable. I am confident I will continue to lead this team on and off the court. Let the hunt for six begin."

The Lakers have won two straight titles and five in Fisher's tenure with the team. He gets a three-year deal to return, with a player option on the final year. The total value of the contract is more than $9 million, a source told ESPNLosAngeles.com.

The Lakers improved their offer a number of times during negotiations, with Fisher deciding to stay around noon PT on Monday, a source said.

The Lakers were waiting for the deal to be completed before announcing anything.

"Nothing is signed yet," Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak said. "We're in continuous dialogue with [Fisher's] representative and we hope to announce something soon."

Fisher, 35, had been courted by the Miami Heat. He met with Miami president Pat Riley and owner Micky Arison at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami on Saturday morning where the Heat told him it wanted him to be its starting point guard and to join LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

"I took time to consider all my options, many not reported in the media," Fisher said. "I listened to every coach, every general manager, even potential teammates in order to make the right decision and I thank every one of them. At the end of the day, there's one person I could not turn away from.

"Kobe Bryant asked me to stay but supported whatever decision I made. He and I have played together for 11 seasons, came into the league together as kids, and has been loyal to me even when others had doubts. We have won five championships together."

The Lakers had been in constant contact with Fisher and his representative Rob Pelinka since the free-agent negotiating period opened on July 1, although negotiations had proceeded slowly but amicably.

Los Angeles lost free agent Jordan Farmar to New Jersey on Monday, but signed Steve Blake last week. Blake likely will share playing time with Fisher.

Fisher likely isn't bluffing about larger offers from other teams. The Lakers' payroll already is stretched to the limit of the salary cap with the rest of Los Angeles' veteran core signed to multiyear contracts, including Bryant, Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum, Ron Artest and Lamar Odom.

But Fisher decided he valued winning and consistency over a late-career cash grab -- and the other time he left the Lakers for a big-money deal, he endured two miserable seasons in Golden State and one better year in Utah before returning to the Lakers in 2007.

Fisher first joined the Lakers in 1996, when Jerry West drafted the unsung guard from Arkansas-Little Rock and the franchise nurtured him into a consistent playmaker and occasional scorer. Since his return to Hollywood, he has started every regular-season game for the Lakers over the past three seasons.

Fisher averaged 7.5 points and 2.5 assists last year. Although he sometimes struggles against quicker point guards, Fisher still has the veteran guile and poise necessary to perform at important moments -- and that's the quality Bryant values most in his longtime teammate.

"We've got to have him back," Bryant said last month shortly after the Lakers' victory parade. "Fish knows we need him, and we know we've got to keep him."

Fisher raised his game in the postseason, starting all 23 games and averaging 10.3 points and 2.8 assists to help the Lakers win their second straight title. He was particularly effective in the Western Conference semifinals against Utah's Deron Williams, and he largely matched the efforts of veteran Steve Nash in the conference finals against the Phoenix Suns.

Fisher's return means the most significant parts of the Lakers' championship roster will return this fall. Kupchak now must hunt for bargains and unsung players to fill in the gaps on his bench, which wasn't particularly deep last season."

Cavaliers: Open Letter To Fans

It's obvious the letter was beyond bitter, but I personally think Dan Gilbert has a reason to say all the things he said. However, I don't think they'll be getting a ring anytime soon. That belongs to the Lakers ;)

Here's the letter:

"Dear Cleveland, All Of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Cavaliers Supporters Wherever You May Be Tonight;

As you now know, our former hero, who grew up in the very region that he deserted this evening, is no longer a Cleveland Cavalier.

This was announced with a several day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his "decision" unlike anything ever "witnessed" in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment.

Clearly, this is bitterly disappointing to all of us.

The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you.

There is so much more to tell you about the events of the recent past and our more than exciting future. Over the next several days and weeks, we will be communicating much of that to you.

You simply don't deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal.

You have given so much and deserve so much more.

In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight:

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE"

You can take it to the bank.

If you thought we were motivated before tonight to bring the hardware to Cleveland, I can tell you that this shameful display of selfishness and betrayal by one of our very own has shifted our "motivation" to previously unknown and previously never experienced levels.

Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there.

Sorry, but that's simply not how it works.

This shocking act of disloyalty from our home grown "chosen one" sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn. And "who" we would want them to grow-up to become.

But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called "curse" on Cleveland, Ohio.

The self-declared former "King" will be taking the "curse" with him down south. And until he does "right" by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma.

Just watch.

Sleep well, Cleveland.

Tomorrow is a new and much brighter day....

I PROMISE you that our energy, focus, capital, knowledge and experience will be directed at one thing and one thing only:

DELIVERING YOU the championship you have long deserved and is long overdue....

Dan Gilbert
Majority Owner
Cleveland Cavaliers"

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Wedding Pictures

Mr. & Mrs. Silver Green got married in an ultra private ceremony last week in Hawaii. Megan walked down the sand to her hubby, and Kassius - Brian's son to ex, Vanessa Marcel - was his best man in the ceremony and only witness. Both couples wore Armani.

He looks handsome and she looked beautiful. They both seem extremely happy with the initmate ceremony. I hope they don't end up in divorce.

ever listen to a song & it takes you to that exact moment; place & time where you heard it & why the song holds such value to you.

this song brings it baaack to a night where feelings might have been hurt but a friendship became a bond that will never break, a night behind the red rope, a night of lots of drinks flowin'& toastin' to stress & a night with no muthafckin' regrets that tops the list of the best moment in our life ;]
if this song means anything to YOU, thank you for sharing that moment with me, i couldn't have asked for a better friend to share it with!

earthquake... what earthquake?

While i was at Malibu chillin' beach side with my friends, there was apparently an earthquake. I, unfortunately, didn't feel the 5.7 tremor, but some of my friends did. Why didn't i feel it? who knows! My best friend just thought she was feeling dizzy, but with a check on our twitter timelines and a call from my mom, it was official, there was an earthquake. Some people didn't feel the shake, but many people did. Caught on tape was DJ Skee and Asher Roth feeling the earthquake. With lessons learned in elementary school, my ass would be under a table with the quickness!

Toot It and Boot It remix

So let me admit it. "Toot It and Boot It" is my muthasuckin' song! I don't listen to the radio often, but if i happen to tune into a radio station and it comes on, trust, i bump that sh!t! and if it happens to be on an ipod, i can keep it on repeat for like 2... 3... or 4 times :)

Now, i've wondered how a girl's version would sound like and checking eazeest.com, i found that version. Know the saying "be careful what you wish for"? Yeah it goes for this version done by a girl by the name of Mz. Shay.

"He thinks im cute, he wanna have sex/for the right price, he can have it"

I just don't know about that line?? prostitute much? just my opinion. This version is garbage. She ain't even in tune with the damn song. Where's autotune when you need it!?!

listen to "Toot It and Boot It remix" by Mz. Shay and form your opinion.

Secrets a Restaurant Server Isn't Telling You

Source: lovelyish.com and reader's digest1 & 2

Maybe these little tidbits will come to good use the next time you go out to eat.

~"At a lot of restaurants, the special is whatever they need to sell before it goes bad. Especially watch out for the soup of the day. If it contains fish or if it’s some kind of 'gumbo,' it's probably the stuff they're trying to get rid of."
~"If you make a big fuss about sending your soup back because it’s not hot enough, we like to take your spoon and run it under really hot water, so when you put the hot spoon in your mouth, you’re going to get the impression—often the very painful impression—that your soup is indeed hot. "
~"If someone orders a frozen drink that’s annoying to make, I’ll say, “Oh, we’re out. Sorry!” when really I just don’t want to make it. But if you order water instead of another drink, suddenly we do have what you originally wanted because I don’t want to lose your drink on the bill. "
~"I've never seen anybody do anything to your food, but I have seen servers mess with your credit card. If a server doesn’t like you, he might try to embarrass you in front of your business associate or date by bringing your credit card back and saying, "Do you have another card? This one didn’t go through."
~"When I was at one bakery restaurant, they used to make this really yummy peach cobbler in a big tray. A lot of times, servers don’t have time to eat. So we all kept a fork in our aprons, and as we cruised through the kitchen, we’d stick our fork in the cobbler and take a bite. We’d use the same fork each time."
~"If you're a vegetarian and you ask if we use vegetable stock, I’m going to say yes, even if we don’t. You’ll never know the difference."
~"In many restaurants, the tips are pooled, so if you have a bad experience with the server, you’re stiffing the bartender who made your drinks, the water boy who poured your water, sometimes the hostess, the food runners, and maybe the other waiters."
~"It’s much easier to be recognized as a regular on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. Once you’re recognized as a regular, good things start to happen. You’ll find your wineglass gets filled without being put on your bill, or the chef might bring you a sample."
~"Don’t order fish on Sunday or Monday. The fish deliveries are usually twice a week, so Tuesday through Friday are great days. Or ask the restaurant when they get theirs."
~"If your dessert says 'homemade,' it probably is. But it might be homemade at a bakery three miles away."
~"If you’re having a disagreement over dinner and all of a sudden other servers come by to refill your water or clear your plates, or you notice a server slowly refilling the salt and pepper shakers at the table next to yours, assume that we’re listening."
~"Trust your waitress. Say something like 'Hey, it’s our first time in. We want you to create an experience for us. Here’s our budget.' Your server will go crazy for you."
~"If you say, 'Don’t worry—I’m a really good tipper,' that always means you aren’t."
~"At one restaurant where I worked, the salads were made up to three days earlier. They were sitting on a tray with a thousand other salads in the refrigerator. The waiters went back, grabbed a plate and some dressing, and handed it to the customer."
~"Watch out for what I call the touchdown. That’s when the waiter comes around to refill your water and the pitcher actually touches your glass. If he’s touching all the other glasses with the same pitcher, think about all those germs."
~"If you’re worried about cleanliness, check out the bathroom. If the bathroom is gross, you can be sure the kitchen is much worse."

5 Risks to Wearing Thong Underwear

Source: lovelyish.com

Chicks, we all know thongs are the way to go if we want to hide one of the ultimate fashion don't, panty line, but there are some risks to constantly wearing a thong that you should take into consideration the next time you slip that on. These are just some mentioned.

"1. Thongs can transport bacteria from your rectal area to your private area, resulting in urinary-tract and vaginal infections. [source]
2.Wearing tight material like a thong can cause tiny tears in your urethra and outer vaginal area. [source]
3. Thongs can cause chafing and hemorrhoids in, well, an area you REALLY don't want to experience pain. [source]
4. Two words: clitoral irritation. [source]
5. The string part can inflame the skin and cause yeast infections. [source]"
I say your best bet is to reduce your time wearing a thong and invest in some boy shorts like these..

better late than never...

Just like to post a belated happy birthday to My favorite Beast in the world, Pau Gasol. He turned 30 yesterday. He posted this earlier today on his facebook page, " Hey my friends! Yesterday I celebrated my 30th birthday and my closest friends and my family made it a very special day for me!..."
