Lupe Fiasco - The Show Goes On

Lupe fuckin' Fiasco!
Video is simple.
Video is dope.
This guys seems to do nothing wrong.
Check out the video.

i get my energy, from my inner G.

so because youtube is blocked at work (whatabust!!!) i had to wait to watch this video. the anticipation was killin' me cuz i read all over the social networks that this video was dope!
now i envisioned what the video would look like: lupe in a beautiful city, beamin'. well i was so wrong but hey, i'm not a video director & i liked this idea much better lol.
yeah, it was simple with a simple backround & kids with hand made props but the visuals created by the props & lightin' is dooope!

this video also has me HYPED because i will be at the Steppin' LASERS tour when he hits the House Of Blues on Sunset. i've had the honor to watch this man a couple years ago while he was on the Glow In The Dark tour & i must say his presence & his energy was CRAZY!!!

love letter to the beat.

here's a song from a personal favorite of mine, mister Lupe Fiasco. no word if this song will be on his upcomin' Lasers album though. The chorus is sung by the beautiful Alicia Keys & production is provided by Chad Hugo of the Neptunes.

#FACT: according to hypebeast , this song was actually for Alicia's
As I Am album but never made the cut.

i'm beaming.

when we started this blog we thought we'd just post a bunch of shit we liked & wanted to share. In a recent convo with the chix&dix of the blog, we realized that most of our blog consists of music but if you know us personally, u'd understand why. music has literally taken over our lives & we love everythin' about it <3.

with that bein' said, another music post lol
this one comes in the form of, in my eyes, one of the dopest MC's to bless the mic.
Lupe Fiasco teams up with Pharrell for this song. word was this was the first single for the upcomin' "Lasers" but his record company said not true.
i LOVE this song & if this is any indication of what Lasers sounds like, i will be coppin' that album as soon as it hits stands.

'failure's my last name. never's my first one'
