I'm not sure if this was the same project the L.A. Leakers were talking about back in January this year, but whatever, it's FINALLY here. I'm not cARTer's biggest fan, maybe 'cuz sometimes he just scares the fcuk outta me when I catch him out at events in L.A. =X Quite intimidating haha ANYWAYS, it's been a while since I've heard something new from cARTer, so here's some new sh!t of his to listen to. I'm def appreciating what this guy put out. It took a while for this project to come out, but it seems as if he made sure he tried to perfect what he could and by listening, you can tell. Dope artwork by conarts.com, if i do say so myself (and not just cuz pink's my fave color). cARTer worked with the L.A. Leakers and DJ Skee to get this project together. Us chix walked in during the end of El Prez' set. So let's all give Camille a round of applause for NOT leaving her class early enough haha This JBC event was just that, COOL. From watching the performances to the mingling the chix did after the show LOL. While being good citizens after the show, i'm sure we'll be blessed ;)Here's some footage and pictures from that night.

although camille & myself are kinda scared of Freddie Gibbs, i'm sure he'll put on a dope performance & provide a contact high.
the first show we saw cARTer in, we looked at each other like 'wtf' but we came to realize that we should look past his bball shorts & jean jacket & fuck with his music.
& as for Dom. Kennedy, that's obvious, didn't you see my open letter?!?!?! ;)

not featured on the flyer but i read would be there to perform are El Prez & Ayomari. i'm excited to catch Ayomari & see what songs he'll perform from PB&J, which is on heavy rotation in the car.
