I can't get enough of this guy. Every new song he comes out with, I like love! This song is no exception. It almost annoys me that he's so good. Lyrically, I can't find anything bad about him. He's just that good. The song talks about how even though he is making his way up, he still feels like he's on the brink of falling back. Anyway, this is a song that will off his future project The Proven Theory due out some time in Spring.

Yonas - "I Could" [Video]

A few days ago I posted the trailer to this and now the full video is out. Directed by Nat Prinzi (betterdaysproductions.com), the video goes perfectly to the message of the song: for anybody that was told they couldn't, show them that you could. And just like that, Yonas proves in the video and song, that if you put your heart into it, you could. I may be jumping on this Yonas bandwagon, but I don't care; I've been impressed by everything I've heard from him thus far. Check out his website to download his singles and FREE album.

This is barely the second song I've heard from this guy and I'm hooked. I did a post about him earlier this month because I was impressed with what he was saying in that song, and now with this song, he just gained a new supporter. This guy is someone you DEFINITELY shouldn't sleep on (I should listen to my own advice. lol).

I'd be lying if I said I listened to his other music beforehand. Anyway, I was on 2dopeboyz and stumbled upon this latest download. I have to say I'm impressed. Dropping rhymes on an already familiar beat, Yonas gives us a pretty optimistic outlook on life about going for you goal. Download it and take a listen for yourself.
